A Note from Dr. Tollari

After many years of caring for you and this community, I have made the thoughtful and difficult decision to transition into retirement. Serving you has truly been one of the great pleasures and honors of my life.

Your well-being has always been my highest priority, and ensuring that you continue to receive exceptional care is incredibly important to me. With that in mind, I am pleased to share that the practice will be transitioning to the stewardship of Dr. Joshua Parry and Modern Dental Associates, effective January 1st, 2026. I chose Dr. Parry and his team because they share the same commitment to compassionate, patient-centered dentistry, and they offer expanded services and modern technology that will benefit you for many years to come.

Beginning January 1st, all patient care will take place at the Modern Dental Associates (MDA) Greensburg location, just down the road at 1040 Towne Square Drive, Suite 2, Greensburg, PA 15601. If one of MDA’s other locations—Homer City or Scottdale—is more convenient, their team will be glad to help you schedule there. You may also be happy to hear that some familiar team members may continue with the practice as the transition moves forward.

We are working to honor all currently scheduled appointments. However, due to the change in location and scheduling systems, you may receive a call or message to confirm or adjust your appointment time. This helps ensure a smooth transition and allows the team to provide you with the highest quality care.

While some things will naturally evolve, the environment will remain warm, welcoming, and focused on your comfort.

You do not need to take any action—your records and future appointments will transfer seamlessly to the MDA team.
